VideoSense invites collaborative research
VideoSense Virtual Centre of Excellence invites collaborative research on Privacy-Preserving Video-Analytics; bursaries are available for young as well as senior researchers (interns/leaders) wishing to apply to undertake funded research visits to pursue joint research activities on the above theme; applications by 31st August 2012. Around 40 researchers attended the 1st HC2 Summer School in Milan
The 1st HC2 Summer School concluded last Friday with presentations from 8 student groups on their project proposals for the future of HCC.
We would like to thank everyone involved but particularly the students and speakers who made this a very successful and enjoyable event.

HC2 Visions Workshop
We are happy to announce the first HC2 workshop that will take place the 14th and 15th May in Wien, Austria.
HC2 VISIONS is an open dialog and invites interested scientists, researchers as well as industrial stakeholders to participate and actively engage. If you want to present your idea in a 5 min position statement in the HC2 VISIONS dialogue sessions, please send an approx. 400 word summary to hc2visions@pervasive.jku.at by May 9, 2012.
